I ordered a Big Mac no onions and got a quarter pounder no onions with what looked like a bite taken out of the bun. I take back and they made me another and said here is a Big Mac no onions, no one apologized. I get back out to the car and it’s full of onions!!! I tried to call them and their voice mail isn’t set up and no one answers. I guess with service like that I wouldn’t answer either. I have a picture of my sandwich I wish I could post! No wonder Siri says it has 1 1/2 stars! I won’t be going back there!
It's been years since we visited McDonald's in Taylorsville but have been hearing such good reviews we thought we'd try again. So glad we did! Good food service with a genuine smile and very clean.
This McDonald's has always been a hallmark staple in the community. Clean, but always busy. Excercise patience when its busy.
Under a new owner, and man does it show. This McDonald's is a lot better than it was. Changed my 1 star review to 4 star. Food is better, service is better, new people are very nice. Not 5 star because they are slow when they are packed, this might change as they hire new people and finish training.
Ive been here a lot, but tonight did it. I sat in the drivethru for 20 minutes.. when I got my order there were things missing.. i tried to take it in to have it fixed but the doors were locked and they said "we cant take customers inside right now"
