Jason was generally available and responsive. I asked him to look at some specific areas of the vehicle and to inform me if there were any notable issues. He informed me of two potential issues within 4 hours of my request. He also was helpful in walking me through the sale and helped me set up shipping to my house.

I been searching for a truck and located the perfect truck and a good price and had financing in play but this place unfortunately would not work with my finance company. Therefore I will have to keep looking. On a personal note financing is financing no matter where but they were nice enough to email me back before I wanted a trip there.

I located a vehicle for one of my son's at hoyle auto sales. I traveled 200 miles to see this particular vehicle. From the moment I called to the time that the last trailer strap was fastened, they were top notch, curteous, and knowledable! Jason was Profesional, kind, and accomdating in every way possible. He even ran down to the corner Napa store today just to send me home with an extra plastic fastener at no charge! I was very happy with my experience overall and would purchase from Hoyle again. They were honest and reasonable and made an attempt to document any issues with the vehicle. I would have given this review 5/5 if the leaking valve covers had been brought to my attention up front, but again, this was very minor. I understand it is easy to miss things like this sometimes, especially if you are busy. I am very happy with my new truck! Keep up the good work.
I purchased a 1988 Dodge RAM W250 with 152,000 miles from Hoyle Automotive on October 21, 2016. The sales person I worked with was Jason. I did not have the opportunity to view the vehicle in person or test drive the vehicle before purchasing. The entire transaction was done over email and phone.
We drove 50 miles to look at a truck we seen on the website. No one ever came out to help us. They stood there looking at us but didn’t offer to help us .
This was a 30 year old vehicle so I was expecting some minor issues. The vehicle started, ran and shifted smoothly. There was almost no rust and the interior was clean. There were minor issues and leaks with the vehicle, I spent roughly $600.00 repairing some leaks and I was able to fix an ignition timing issue by swapping two spark plug wires. My advice to others would be to be realistic when purchasing any used vehicle, especially one older than 10 years. All in all the only complaint was that the valve covers were very obviously leaking and I was not made aware of this prior to purchase. I would have bought the vehicle regardless, so this was not a major issue to me.
For a classic truck that starts, runs and is clean I would have expected to pay roughly $750-$1000 more than I did. Hoyle seems very reasonable on prices.
