Dr. Hackney and his staff are very good. I have had nothing but good experiences with them. They take time to listen to your concerns and really seem to care. I enjoy going to Dr. Hackney for my dental care.
I walked in right before their lunch time with much pain on the left side of my face. I wasn't sure which tooth since they all ached! He took me right to a chair and did an X-ray to see the problem tooth. He gave me some pain medication and I went back 2 days later to have one pulled. He numbed it and out it came! He and his whole staff were very friendly and understood my problem. I have found a dentist now that I will be going to from now on. Thank you Dr. Hackney and staff! Janet Burns
Dr. Hackney is a very good dentist. He is gentle when working on my teeth and always makes me feel comfortable. Going to the dentist is not one of my favorite things to do, but I do not dread going because Dr. Hackney and his staff make my visits good ones. I recommend him to anyone who needs dental work done.
I am very pleased with the dental care i receive from Dr. William Hackney and staff. Everyone is professional while at the same time friendly and caring. I have no complaint with any work I'm given and most importantly for me, Dr. Hackney goes to great lengths to insure his procedures are as pain free as possible. I highly recommend this office if you are looking for a dentist.
good service when i had initial visit for tooth ache. trying to get a 6 month check up has been impossible, put on a call list when available after they had called me to remind me it was time for the checkup. it has been a month since put on that list and no call yet.
