I hope she enjoyed the item, I sell online to support my family. I have 0 problems if I go in. This was the first and LAST time I will do a package pickup EVER again. I am now out $$. Also please be aware when ordering online, they misdeliver my packages ALL the time. I've never gotten them returned either.

The staff at this location are terribly rude. While visiting my family from Georgia, I decided to come to this post office to get my passport updated. Not only did the first employee I encounter provide me with only short and rude responses, but the second employee proceeded to chew my head off for asking a question. I am disgusted with the service and treatment of customers, and will never be back to this location! If you don't like your job, get a new one, and don't take it out on paying customers. No one likes standing in long lines to begin with, so why not change your attitude and make it more pleasant for every one.

I scheduled a package pickup. My husband handed the package directly to our Taylorsville mail lady. It was prepaid, 2 day priority. Guess what? IT NEVER SCANNED. Was left on the "Pending USPS Pickup"

TERRIBLE Post Office. Their customer service is off the charts bad. I go in today to pick up my package and they halfass look in the back for a second and say it's "with the carrier." So I leave a friendly note in my mailbox for the carrier to call me when they arrive at my mailbox and instead they take the time to write me a pickup slip and take my package to the post office. I'm tired of paying extra for shipping on my packages to not receive them on the day I was supposed to. This is INSANELY infuriating.

Had a 8x10 photograph in a package left on our front porch because it would not fit in the mailbox, driver told no one and left no note that it was there and it rained and ruined it before we knew it was there. Was told that the driver did what he was required to do and yes maybe he did but could of least had the courtesy to put it where it would have been out of the weather or seen easily or left a note on the door that would have been seen!

Do NOT schedule a package pickup request!

We get so many packages from Amazon, normally the mail lady sets them at the garage door but if it's raining she puts them on the porch. I can't say enough + things about Donna. I was worried when Carol retired but the new gal is great.
