Wonderful staff and well-maintained facility! I love my climate control! So much more reasonable rates than in Boone!

No security, rude woman on the phone. Extremely rude. And has not fixed my storage lock in months. Supposed to have 2 locks, and now only has 1. I was also charged a higher price one month and then a lower one the next.

Helpful staff, Have Uhaul trucks and Climate Control storage. Cylinder locks to prevent thefts. Moving boxes etc.
